Inspired She.E.O. offers both instant digital downloads and made-to-order, print-on-demand physical products. Shipping terms below apply only to physical items.
1. Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email and/or an order confirmation download link immediately after checkout. No physical shipping is involved. If you do not see your download, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@thesmallbusinessmom.com.
2. Physical Products
Our physical products are mostly printed and fulfilled on demand by third-party print partners as each order comes in — we do not keep physical inventory in a warehouse. Because of this, please review the following timelines:

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on the specific product and current print-partner volume.

Shipping/transit time: Typically 3–10 business days after production is complete, depending on your location and carrier.

Total estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of purchase; some specialty items may take longer.
Production and shipping estimates are provided by our print partners and are outside of our direct control. Delays can occur during high-volume periods (holidays, promotions) or due to weather and carrier disruptions.
3. Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced by different print partners and could arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
4. Shipping Coverage
At this time, Inspired She.E.O. ships within the United States only. We are not currently able to fulfill international orders, but we hope to expand shipping coverage in the future — check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
5. Shipping Costs & Order Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our print partner due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thesmallbusinessmom.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We will work with our print partner and shipping carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue with a reprint or refund where applicable.
