Return & Refund Policy

At Inspired She.E.O., we want you to love what you receive. Because our shop sells two very different types of products — instantly-delivered digital downloads and made-to-order, print-on-demand (POD) physical goods — our return and refund terms differ by product type. Please read the section that applies to your order.
1. Digital Products (Printables, Templates & Digital Downloads)
Due to the instant, non-returnable nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital file has been downloaded or the download link has been delivered, except in the following cases:

The file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open.

You received the wrong file due to an error on our part.

A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase.
If any of the above apply, contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@thesmallbusinessmom.com with your order number, and we will send a corrected file or, if the issue cannot be resolved, issue a refund.
We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because a template didn't fit your intended use — please review product photos, descriptions, and format details (e.g., Canva template vs. PDF) before purchasing.
2. Physical Products (Apparel, Stickers & Accessories)
Physical items in our shop are custom-made to order through third-party print-on-demand partners (such as Printify) once you place your order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check the size chart on each listing before ordering)

Color variation due to individual monitor/screen display settings
We will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund for:

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Manufacturing or printing errors (e.g., wrong design, misprint, mislabeled size)

Items that are materially different from what was ordered

Items lost in transit (see Shipping Policy)
To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email info@thesmallbusinessmom.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Approved claims are resolved with a free reprint/replacement or refund — you will not be asked to ship the original item back.
3. Order Cancellations
Because production on print-on-demand items often begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored within 12 hours of purchase and before the item enters production. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a shipping carrier issue.
